This recipe is perfect for your little ones who are starting on solids up to your big ones who you cannot seem to keep full! And there is only 4 ingredients!! Great for any busy parents out there for quick snack or a lunch box filler. I have kept this recipe simple with no added sugar or salt to make it suitable for infants however this could be adapted with chunky nuts and seeds, chocolate chips or chopped up apple for older children and adults. For an infant between 6-12 mo
